Important Notes
WCPSS Microsoft OneDrive can be used to store personal files that contain discipline data, IEP information, gradebook data and other confidential information.
In order for WCPSS Microsoft OneDrive to be secure, the ability to share Office 365 documents externally has been disabled.
Ownership of files and folders in OneDrive cannot be changed to another user. When the owner of a file is no longer with WCPSS, shared users will lose access to that file. Shared users must download a copy before the owner leaves.
Microsoft OneDrive is a cloud storage service that allows WCPSS staff and students to access their files from anywhere.
